Develop your coaching attitude as a leader
The course aims at developing basic coaching skills for managers and leaders. Through a coaching attitude, managers learn to interact with people in a supportive way through simple coaching techniques that help team members find and implement their own solutions.
This course is practice-oriented and uses simulations and role-play to apply a coaching attitude in your managerial role. (1 day)

Manage conflict and negotiate solutions
Interpersonal conflicts lead to demotivation and lack of performance. In order to handle conflicts constructively, managers need to understand their own conflict handling mode. From there, they can build practical conflict management skills to transform conflict into creativity and learning and be able to negotiate agreements.
This course is practice-oriented and uses simulations and role-play to help you apply learning in your work-place setting. (1-3 days)

This course equips managers and leaders to communicate effectively and clearly in a variety of situations, including setting boundaries, expressing opinions, and making requests. It builds the ability to handle criticism and rejection in an assertive manner.
This course is practice-oriented and uses simulations and role-play to help you apply learning in your work-place setting. (1-2 days)

Effective online facilitation skills
Create a supportive and engaging virtual environment that promotes collaboration, creativity, and productive communication among participants. Effectively facilitate virtual meetings, workshops and training sessions.
This course is practice-oriented and you will be able to practice online facilitation with a group of learners. (2 days)

Training of Occasional Trainers
This course will provide occasional trainers with the basics of adult learning principles and equip them with a set of interactive learning methods and techniques that will make your training impactful and fun.
At the end of the course, you will have designed a short training plan and facilitated an online or face to face training session in front of your peers. (3 days)

Team Coaching
I offer team coaching services that help teams to improve communication, collaboration and productivity. Together we identify strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and develop action plans for achieving those goals.
Outdoor Coaching
In my capacity as a coach and experienced mountaineer, I take clients for one or several days into nature. Coaching conversations will take place while walking or resting in scenic spots, or around the fireplace in a cozy cottage.
